We pride ourselves on sourcing fresh seafood directly from the Mediterranean markets of Greece, Italy and Spain, the cold Scottish North Sea, the Southern Coast of England and the seasonal
produce right here on our Dubai shoreline.
Our aim is to work hard in showcasing some of the finest fish and shellfish that is available and serve them as simply as Mother Nature intended. We grill our seafood over coals and serve all with Koffman’s
