The Dry Aged Beef
Pan-roasted, basted in brown butter, and all served with Koffman's chips, a garden salad, and your choice of sauce. WESTHOLME: Nature-led Northern Australian, grain- and grass-fed Wagyu. Our signature Australian Wagyu has flavors that reflect northern Australia's terroir and a genetic lineage tracing back to Japan.

The Fishmonger
Our daily seafood selection is priced by market rate and weight. We source directly from Mediterranean markets in Turkey, Italy, and Spain; the Scottish North Sea; the Southern Coast of England; and Dubai's own shoreline. We grill everything over coals and serve it with Koffman's chips, a garden salad, and your choice of sauce.
The Ocean Platter For Two
Dibba Bay oysters, poached prawns, lobster tail with apple and lemongrass, crab mayonnaise with smoked paprika, steamed langoustines, seasonal raw vegetables, and crushed avocado. Platter sauces: salted lemon aioli, Sriracha emulsion, tomatillo salsa.
The Caviar
Antonius caviar has been farmed in Konin, Poland, since 1967. Served with traditional accompaniments.
The Oysters
A curated selection of premium oysters from renowned regions. Oysters are served with our recommended accompaniments: classic mignonette, chili-salted baby mango, and cucumber and dill.
