For the main course, the choices include Dry-Aged Westholme Wagyu Beef Sirloin, Local Sea bass grilled over coals with lemon and herb beurre blanc or a vegetarian option of Pan-roasted Lion's Mane Mushroom Steak with tomatillo salsa. For a more elevated experience, for an added supplement of AED 190 per person, guests can opt for the premium roast - a showstopping Whole Slow-Roasted, Dry-aged Westholme Wagyu Sirloin, carved tableside by The Beam's friendly staff.
